ICP

Definition v1. Hand-building the first hundred contacts is the step that stays human, so the job here is to make it fast rather than automate it away.

Review stack

One contact at a time, keyboard only. A fit claim has to cite a criterion, or it cannot be checked against what the call actually showed.

The research agent suggests a fit

20-200 staff, UAE, can name the workflow in one sentence, already tried an off-the-shelf tool — from the recorded company, role and notes. It is a suggestion; the decision is yours.

Which criterion matched?

Predicted against actual

icp_fit_actual comes from the outcome captured after the call. Comparing it back to the prediction is what tightens the definition.

Only 0 calls have both a prediction and an outcome. Not enough to say anything about the definition yet.

Nothing has both a prediction and an outcome yet. Capture outcomes in the pipeline flow and this fills in.

The definition and its scorecard

The version only moves when the words or the criteria change, so a fit claim recorded under v3 means the same standard every time it is read back.

Consent basis is required here and again before any sequence can enrol them. The column will not accept a row without one.
