Waves to review, what is queued, what a human still has to post by hand, and each voice's rhythm.

Waves

A fan-out run is a wave: one pillar, one angle per person, guards already scored.

Queue

Approved and scheduled work, and anything that failed after its retries. The worker dispatches on the slot; publishing now runs the same checks.

Nothing queued

Approved variants appear here once they have a slot. Approving never schedules — that gap is deliberate.

Yours to post

Manual channels are never queue items — no publish job dispatches them. They are listed here so the touch still gets logged and attribution stays whole.

Two days a week, gone to quoting. That was the number before we touched anything. The instinct is to buy a quoting platform. We mapped the process first and found that two of seven steps carried most of the delay. We automated those two and left the rest alone. Turnaround went from 2.5 days to 4 hours. Nobody learned a new system. The scope we did not take on is the reason it worked.
